SEFCU is a New York-based credit union that was founded in 1934, and currently has 47 branch locations located throughout the greater upstate New York area. Having over 300,000 members and $2.7 billion in assets, SEFCU is one of the top 50 largest credit unions in the United States.
SEFCU provides numerous online services to its members, most of which are detailed on the union’s online banking webpage. Members of SEFCU who already have an online membership can access their account by going to the homepage and entering their username and password into the login form that is located on the left-hand side of the webpage (as seen in the screenshot below). Business accounts must first click on the ‘Business’ tab, and can then login via the same exact form (located in the same position).
Members of SEFCU who wish to access their online account via a mobile device can do so by visiting the bank’s mobile website (which is located at the same URL), or by using one of SEFCU’s mobile applications (all of which are linked to below). The first time that a user accesses the mobile website, a splash screen will open with the option to either download the banking app, call SEFCU’s customer service line, or travel to the bank’s full mobile website. Once on the mobile website, both business and personal banking customers can login as they normally would.
